Photographer at WDW

Has anyone hired a photographer for the day while at WDW? If so, did you think it was worth it? Who did you use?

May be interested in doing this on a future trip.

not for the day... BUT last year we did a photo session with Magical Pix by Candi Clark (thats her Facebook page). Magicalpix.com I actually won the session in a contest on her page... but i think for a 30 minute session its like $150 or so. i THINK she also does 1 hour and 2 hour sessions, too....
she'll meet you at your resort for the pics, and she also does sessions in the parks, too-- but not sure if that costs more or not.
she really was great, easy to work with- and got some fun shots! (if you go to her page, we're the adoptive family on the right--- Dh and i with our son, in his mickey ears :-)

Thanks for asking this. I'm super interested in this. I got a rec from Mmm but she responded that she isn't doing in park shoots any longer because Disney has gotten super strict about it. I really want to do a day long shoot at magic kingdom!

Interesting, thanks. I wonder what their rules are. I assume Disney wants you to buy Memory maker, but that is not the same at all.

Disney Fine Arts Photography does one hour sessions in Epcot, Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios for 399.00 including all of the images on disc. They do not offer MK.

You CAN, however, have them done at The Poly. And then they pose you on the beach with the castle in the background. I think those shots are awesome.

Thanks! I just booked her to come to chef mickeys with us then into magic kingdom for some shots of L on a few rides and at the park!

oh my gosh! sounds SO fun!!! you'll get some great shots!! and you'll have a lot of fun with her, too-- she's really easy-going and makes it fun :-)
