You guys always have the best book recommendations so I'm back to ask again! I am going to read Better Than Before by Gretchen Rubin this trip but I think I need a second book, something kinda fun. It's a long ish flight and I'm hoping for lots of pool time as well. What's everyone reading these days?
I'm a huge fan of all Harlan Coben books. but they are definitely not light and fun unless fun to you is figuring out who is the perp I would also recommend Me Before You by JoJo Moyes if you haven't read it already.
I'm reading "The Hundred Year Old Man who Climbed Out the Window", and it's pretty good.
Before that, I read Bossypants and Modern Romance on our trip to Mexico.
Probably the best part of our cruise to Mexico last year was reading the chapter of Bossypants dedicated to why cruises are a terrible form of vacation. My H and I tried to read it out loud together and could barely get words out we were laughing so hard. I heart Tina Fey and was really hoping she'd write another book before my next vacation

The last book I finished was "The Interestings" by Meg Wolitzer. It is a book for my book club, and not everyone liked it, but I thought it was pretty good. It's about a group of kids who meet up at an artistic summer camp, and it tells a story of them growing up into middle age. It makes you think about privilege and jealousy.
My next book will be "Plot Against America," by Phillip Roth. It's an alternative history about the US Presidential election of 1940, and I'm reading it because I think it is a relevant read seeing that a racist asshole is running for President this year (much like the Nazi-sympathizer in this story).
