Hi Ladies. Lurker here with a question. I had stick straight very fine hair my whole life until I got pregnant. I've recently had my second baby and my hair is super wavy now. I like to air dry my hair, but I have no idea what type of product to use. If I don't use anything, I get a big mess of poofy frizzy hair . Should I try a salt spray or some sort of mousse? I'm clueless.

unfortunately you're just going to have to try things (and return as needed!) until you find exactly what works for your type of hair - nothing works exactly the same on any two heads of hair
The most important thing is to start from the beginning: shampoo and conditioner. It really sets the tone for everything else and makes a big difference. Right now I like Thermafuse and switch between moisturizing and volumizing ones (it's also good to switch it up periodically in general).
And I like this duo:
Ideally you'd be able to talk to someone at a salon or store (I like Ed Wyse, although I can get a discount through a friend, but I think they often have great advice).

I have wavy hair and use Living Proof no frizz shampoo/ conditioner. I recently got a sample of Bumble & Bumble curl style primer. I've been scrunching that into wet hair and it works well. I also like Deva Curl styling cream but not coconut styler, which I think is for truly curly hair. Deva just came out with a new shampoo/ conditioner specifically for waves which I want to try. Oh snd also, don't use normal towels on your hair or it will frizz. I use a microfiber one and have also heard a t-shirt works.

I just started using Bumble and Bumble new Surf Infusion Spray along with the Don't Blow creme ( which I still blow dry) and invisible hairdressers oil. this combo works great on my hair making my curls super soft and with volume..then after I blow dry I use kenra texture taffy to hold
