According to a Disney calculator, we can begin making our dining reservations at 12:01 am tonight/tomorrow. I have a few questions for those who have done this on their own. Should we try to call or use My Disney Experience? My husband will be helping so maybe we should do both? My tentative plans are below:
Tuesday, November 15th -MK- Mickey's Christmas party - No dinner reservation Wednesday, November 16th -MK- I would like dinner at Cinderella's Table after and appointment at BBB for DD. (tell me this is possible ) Thursday, November 17th - Epcot- Akershus for breakfast, no dinner reservation.
I would plan to use the website and your phone simultaneously
Make sure to eat before the party starts on the MVMCP day. Every "main" stand is basically closed down to only hot cocoa + cookies, which are delicious but still. I had to walk all over the damn park and found food finally in the fancy quick service place with the ribs + chicken whose name is escaping me. Sorry, need coffee.

I booked ours Monday. I had no issues getting everything we wanted at the times we wanted. I booked using MDE around 8am eastern time. I did notice availability on the 120 and 121 days out weren't great but 122+ had lots of stuff.
I was able to book dining reservations online at the 12:01am time. I would try online at that time and have your husband also online separately doing the same thing. I have not heard you need to wait until the morning for dining bookings. Online is the easiest and i would not wait until the morning to do it. Do the booking for cinderellas castle first as that sells out the fastest. Make sure you are set up online already and do a practice one for an earlier date so you know what to do as you can just cancel that earlier one.

It's definitely 6am EST online. And 7am by phone. Did you miss yours by a day and do midnight that evening instead of 18 hours earlier that day?

You have to call for BBB at 7am. You can call direct to book (407) 939-7895
I booked CRT on day two of our trip with no issue, but for lunch. BBB had an 8:30 for day 2 as the earliest. (I booked like 2 weeks ago). Definitely book CRT. You might get a slightly off from normal dinner time like 4pm or something.
This was a year ago for me that I did this so I thought it was for the dining but it must have been for the fast passes. I am definitely mistaken and Disney just told me it is 6am est online for the dining. Sorry.
It is 6est online, if you could do it at midnight, you were a day late (lots of people forget you go by check in day not first real day of vacation) If you are online waiting and it won't let you start right at 6, sign out and back in again, that usually fixes it.
