We have flights into Heathrow based on our travel agents recommended time, which he says he got from disney. It will be close to make the ship by 4 if any hiccups happen, but the ship doesn't debark until 7:30. Would they really not let us board? About 1k to change flights at this point, but not much in the cost of our cruise. I can't imagine my 3yo twins disappointment if we weren't allowed to board. Ugh, lesson learned to always fly in a day in advance.
Yes, they will really not let you board. I read about it all the time when I frequented the cruise critic boards.
This is giving me anxiety just reading about cutting it that close! I'd probably pay to change flights and fly in the day before if at all possible.
Exactly this. I'm pretty sure they won't let you on, or at least there's a good chance they won't let you on. I'm having a panic attack just thinking about it.
Pre-kids, we've flown in the day of a cruise, but landing at 9am for a 4pm deadline (and on a route that had multiple planes going there each day so if ours was cancelled, there were more later), and even that made me nervous.
