Listen, I don't eat wings (and honestly never have), but have had wing sauce on pizza and pirogies. I can tell you cauliflower wouldn't even come close to tasting 2% as good as those wing replacements, even if it was deep fried.
Also, it gives me gas. That smells like cooked cauliflower. Why would I purposely bring that on anybody?
2) It belongs nowhere near wings unless on a salad NEXT to the wings. There is no way it could ever pretend to be wings, and get away with it, no matter how pretty the picture looks. WTF pintrest, indeed.

I like cauliflower. Maybe the trick is, not to pretend it tastes like other delicious food, like wings. that's just setting up the poor cauliflower to fail

I actually have made the cauliflower crust pizza seen on pinterest and it's not bad at all. It's. Not like regular pizza crust, but we've really enjoyed it. We've been dieting like crazy for the last couple of months and it's nice to be able to enjoy a couple slices of pizza with fewer calories.
Lol i like cauliflower but it will never taste like mashed potatoes or pizza crust.
I really like cauliflower but the one time I tried the mashed potatoes substitute thing it was awful. It looked just like potatoes but the taste was far from what it claimed to be. I haven't been brave enough to try the pizza crust version as a result.

I love cauliflower. I actually like mashed cauliflower, but I think it can be rather disconcerting to bite into something expecting it to taste like one thing and it's totally different. Cauliflower is good, but it's definitely not a replacement for potatoes or wings, lol.
This trend of putting buffalo sauce on everything you can put in your mouth has to end. At this rate, they're about to make buffalo sauce flavored lube.
I love Cauliflower, and I think Cauliflower with Buffalo sauce would be good...It wouldn't be a substitute for Buffalo Wings or Buffalo Chicken, but I don't think it would be bad.

I also love cauliflower, but DH hates it. Eh, can’t win ‘em all. I’ll eat it in any way, but do like to mash it in a 50:50 with potatoes. That way you get the thicker consistency of potatoes, but not as many calories/carbs. Yum!
