Ruptured ovarian cyst?

I've had some where the pain subsided in a few hours and some where it took a few days before I felt back to normal.

I was sore for several days, but the unbearable pain was gone after a few hours.

The pain was gone within an hour or so of rupturing. It was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life so I am glad it was brief.
