XP:Taipei

I'm traveling to Asia in August for work and we end the trip in Taipei. I'll be working the entire trip and we're going to several countries, but we're ending in Taipei. I have the opportunity to change my return flight home if I want to stay, I just have to pay for a hotel. Is it worth staying in Taipei? I'll have been there 2 nights.

Sure, why not? I wouldn't stay for long, but maybe another night or two. I've been but don't really have any good recs, I was just there for two nights and was completely led around by a Taiwanese friend so I'm not even sure where we went. It was fun though, I had some good food and it's relatively cheap.
