Introducing new kitty to our bunch

We have 2 girls now that will be 1 in October. I convinced DH to let me call about an 8 week old kitten I found on petfinder. What is the best way to introduce the new kitty to our 2 kittens?

We kept our cats separate for about a week and introduced them very slowly, like the article suggested.
