Have you tried POLITELY saying something to her? "Like, excuse me, but would you please eat a little more quietly? I can actually hear you over the music on my headphones." I mean really, if you don't say SOMETHING there is ZERO chance of Slurpy McSlurperson getting some kind of clue.
The only interesting thing that happened today is my boss didn't come in until 11am, checked email for 4 minutes, pitched a giant fit, stormed out of the office, came back, ranted, then went to our director and told him he was going home. He left at 11:40am. I suggested he just take tomorrow off too, but he wants to come in, "No dude, no you don't want to come in".

I just can't. I have zero report with her and I would feel like a giant A hole.

You wouldn't be if you ask really nicely and politely, just saying. Society only works because of societal rules - like not being a disgusting loud slurping food eater IN your cube! It would be annoying but semi-excusable if it were in a lunch room, but not in the actual work space.
