I love aperol spritzes, champagne, aperol, bitters and solerano.

I love making strawberry thyme lemonade in the summer. If you're a fan of gin, that might work. I smash up some thyme and strawberries in the bottom of a pitcher, then add lemonade and sliced strawberries. Let it sit for a few hours for the flavors to mix.

I'm drinking pear vodka with coconut La Croix and a splash of cranberry. It's pretty good. I want all the summer cocktails right now. It's going to be 117 degrees this weekend.
Not really a cocktail, but last summer I loved making a big pitcher of watermelon sangria for a summer night. Add rose or white wine, watermelon, and vodka.

Last weekend we took a small watermelon and cut the top off. We scooped it out and blended with vodka and lime juice. Poured it back into watermelon and chilled prior to drinking. It was quite good.
