What kind of bag do you carry?

My old standby finally broke a zipper this weekend and they don't make it any more.



What do you carry?  Bonus points for links!  I need something small, lightweight, can be worn x-body, but can carry a sunglass case, battery charger and phone.

Well I'm no help because I carry a much larger one to fit my waterbottle, snacks, rain ponchos, extra socks in case the kids get wet, and the like. (generally a longchamp).

Definitely get something waterproof

Just a regular bookbag. Since both kids are PT now though I'm going to potentially go back to using my baggallini and just leave water bottles in the stroller while we are on rides.

We just carry one LL Bean back pack for all of us. I love not needing another bag/purse for me. I do look forward to paring that down in a few years once the kids are older.

We have a lightweight LL bean backpack which works well. For water bottles, cooling towels, sunscreen, sunglasses cases, etc

I have this bag. I'm not a huge TB fan but it works well and has become my go-to travel bag.

I had the diaper bag attached to the stroller last time around. It wasn't exactly convenient, but it was necessary.

Besides the diaper bag and cooler bag in the stroller, I carried the all black version of this for stuff I wasn't comfortable leaving in the stroller (phone, ID, $$, insurance cards, etc.) not the prettiest but fuctional. I could fit a small water bottle and sunscreen for waiting in line too, and I kept my charger in there too.

I have several Baggalini's that I use. They are very similar in light weight material with a bunch of pockets depending on the model. TJ Maxx usually has some in stock much cheaper than other places.

I use that same bag. Did you check Nordstrom rack for a replacement?

I use a black leather Tommy Hilfiger bag for Disney. I'm not a huge fan of the chains, but it's a great size and the outside snap pocket is nice for easy access for things like tissues or hand sanitizer. It fits all the stuff you need and can hold a bottle or two of water.

Have you checked into having it repaired? I would probably try a shoe repair shop.


I haven't found the perfect bag yet...mostly because I hate carrying one. With cell phones being bigger, and oversized sunglasses, none of my old favorites work anymore. I do have a Madison & Mulholland cross body that has a charger that I use when I just bring my phone, sunglasses and don't bring my whole wallet. I can't fit my sunglass case, but I can put I can use the little drawstring bag that I have for them and give them a dedicated pocket. I can throw in a pillbox too, but not much else.

Does it have to be crossbody? I've tried a lot, but keep coming back to a string backpack - light, easy to stuff in ride pockets.
