It's three dates.I wouldn't think anything of it. A common time frame FOR ME to have the "let's be exclusive" talk is around 3 months or when sex happens. Whichever comes first. Just because I rather have sex with one person at a time. There's not precise rules to this. I agree it would hurt my feels a bit that he updated his profile after a few dates. But I would discard him if you feel it's going well?

People date around nowadays, some people prefer to see one person at a time and others just prefer to explore. There are so many options out there and honestly even when you hope one is going to work out - suddenly you can be wrong and then have lost out on the others that may have been in the running. I try not to put all my eggs in one basket anymore at first because I've been disappointed so much.

Know what, if that bugs you I think it's ok. Not that I think you should question him about it, but I'd keep my guard up.

Ehh...I'm not gonna lie, it would get my attention too.  BUT it's super early and either of you could certainly go out with anyone else you like.  Until you're exclusive, it's not "wrong".
