Are you reading the Kane Chronicles? I was reading the other thread and wasn't sure if that's the other series you read or if you were referring to both "Percy Jackson" chronicles?

ANYWAY...if you have read the Kane Chronicles what do you think of them? I haven't picked up yet because yes...it's children's literature. But I thoroughly enjoyed Percy Jackson and really like the spin off series. I read them and save them for the nephew.

I've read the first 2. Once I made myself okay with not having Percy in the books, I really enjoyed them. They do reference the Olympian gods a little. The point of view changes between the brother and sister, and these feel a little darker. But not REALLY dark or anything.
