Imagine you are at Disney for 24 hours solo with a hopper pass. What parks do you hit? What are your must rides? What shows are must see? What do you EAT? Where do you stay ( it's a fantasy so the budget is up to you)? Assume that there are EMHs at whatever park you like.
My fantasy 24 hours at Disney.
1st Park MK for RD/ Welcome Show.
Breakfast Gastons Cinnamon roll and Hot cocoa or LeFou’s Brew
Ride All the Mountains ( SDMT, Splash, BTMRR, & Space) Take the Boat to the Poly and grab a Dole Whip ( second breakfast) while strolling through grounds on the way to TTC.
Hop on the monorail to Epcot.
2nd park Epcot. Ride Soarin and Space Ship Earth.
Lunch snack and drink around the world including a margarita in Mexico and a ride on the Mexico Boat Ride with Donald while buzzed.
Hop on the Boat over to 3rd park HS.
See How many times I can ride ToT. Maybe ride Star Tours too.
Afternoon snack I’ve always wanted to check out that outdoor bar at Brown Derby. So I would get an appetizer and a drink from there.
Take a Bus to Contemporary Dinner Reservation at California Grill again appetizers dessert and drinks. Watch Wishes from Cali Grille
Walk over to MK for EMHs ride HM and Jungle Cruise at night.
End the night with a Mickey Bar on Main Street waiting for the Kiss Goodnight.
Walk back to Contemporary where I am staying at BLT in a studio ( can never stay there with the family too cramped in those studios)
Wake up and hop on the monorail to Poly for some Tonga Toast for Breakfast from Captain Cook’s TO GO so I can catch my Magical Express ( or just take a cab to the airport so I can enjoy those last Disney Moments. )

Obviously I'd go when there's perfect weather and very low waits to do anything and/or fast passes for anything and everything I want.
EMH at Hollywood Studios - arrive for rope drop and ride Tower of Terror several times, as well as Rock n Rollercoaster and Toy Story Midway Mania.
Walk or take a boat to Epcot. Ride the new Soarin' and Frozen rides (just because I haven't done them before). Lunch at Sunshine Seasons. Take a leisurely walk around World Showcase and get ice cream and/or a Grand Marnier slushy from France.
Take the monorail to Magic Kingdom. Ride the 3 Mountains, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, and some rides in Fantasyland. Be Our Guest for dinner, and then watch the Main Street Electrical Parade and Wishes.
Then back to my hotel - if money is no object, it's going to be an overwater bungalow at the Polynesian. If I have to work with a real budget, it's a regular room at the Poly. I'll stop at Trader Sam's for a drink before going up to my room.
Breakfast the next morning would be at the Kona Cafe at the Poly, although that takes me slightly over 24 hours.

This sounds pretty good, I will just come with you! I like the VGF better though, lol
I'd probably want to lay out at the Polynesian all day and drink frozen cocktails. And nap. And STTN. And go to the luau. Or downtown to Moriomoto for sushi.
I'm at the Grand Floridian. I hit up MK before rope drop for breakfast at Crystal Palace. Ride 7dmt, space, Peter pan.
Monorail to epcot. New Soarin. France for kir Royale and a creme Brulee. Bratwurst and beer in Germany. Marg in Mexico. Boat (but it's a fast boat) to HS.
ToT, toy Story, rock n roller coaster. Drive Inn for a burger and cocktail.
Bus to AK for everest, safari, and rivers of light, mojito in Africa. Everest one more time.
Back to MK for late fireworks and EMH, including character meet n greets.
Next morning, breakfast and mimosas with Mary Poppins.
I live here, so I would drive to my Savannah view room at AKL and see some animals while I drink my coffee first thing in the morning.
Drive my car over to MK and do Crystal Palace before rope drop because being in the park before it opens is one of my favorite things ever.
Get my pics with Winnie and friends as fast as possible and book it out of there to ride all the mountains, stop in real quick for Mickeys Phillarmagic then head on over to Epcot for some day drinking and lunch.
Hit up Soarin and Test Track then go over to world showcase and grab a few magaritas in Mexico, ice cream in France, and some fish and chips in England with a cider hopefully there is some live music so I can eat outside while enjoying the day.
Head on over to HS and ride TOT and Rock N Roller coaster at least a couple of times plus pics with Olaf (I am still very sad they got rid of Sulley as he was my fave). Grab dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby then head on over to AK.
Hopefully it is just getting dark at this point and I can grab a quick Safari, Expedition Everest and see it at night for the first time and whatever new nighttime event they have (hopefully Rivers of Light).
Back over to MK for EMH or some super late night 2am event to see Wishes, and take pics with whatever characters I am in the mood for. Back to my room at whatever god awful hour I am finally done and have probably clocked in 20+ miles on my fitbit.
I'd have to go to MK first because walking down Main Street and seeing the castle is how we kick off every trip. In lieu of breakfast, I'd have a Mickey ice cream bar. I'd do Haunted Mansion, Pirate's, Big Thunder Mountain, It's a Small World and 7DMT (because I've never done it). Then off to HS for lunch at ScI-Fi Dine-In, Tower of Terror and Toy Story Mania. Then to Epcot for Spaceship Earth, Living Seas,, Soarin', and a walk through World Showcase, steak and wine at Le Cellier and Illuminations. If there's time, have a drink on the Poly beach while watching the MK fireworks.

I actually have gone to MK by myself, and it was wonderful! I went into all the little shops (that everyone usually skips because they want to go on the rides), I got to eat what/whenever I wanted. I could move around during the parades and see exactly what I wanted. I had the whole seat to myself on the rides. Loved it!!
I'd probably want to lay out at the Polynesian all day and drink frozen cocktails. And nap. And STTN. And go to the luau. Or downtown to Moriomoto for sushi.

Probably not what you had in mind.
This was my plan B. LOL
I really do love the rides and the parks, but we are FL residents and usually stay in value reorts so we can go multiple times a year, so Poly would totally be a splurge!! And I have a 13 mo old who doesn't STTN and I couldn't sleep pregnant, so it's been a while
