Wicked (in a good way) Wednesday

I was going to say Wonderful Wednesday, but Wicked seemed more fun.

How is everyone today?

I'm pretty tired.  I went straight to Fred Meyer after work for our grocery shopping.  I came home and worked until 8, folded a bunch of laundry, and then went to bed. 

Tman has an orthodontist appointment this afternoon and I need to get some housework done.  I'm ready for the weekend even though it's going to be another busy one.

I started getting emotional about Tman's 5th grade graduation.  I have been excited for him up to this point, but now I'm feeling the, "My kid is too old for Elementary school blues."  Stop growing up!

Hello! Finally getting some big projects finished up and really hoping it helps with my want for my next career step / change in fields. Fingers crossed!

DD has less than a week left of 4th grade. It makes me so sad that she's growing up so fast, too, so I feel your pain, georgeharrison.

We are taking our family road trip next week and looking forward to it. This means a short work week next week.

I'm current standing in my bathroom with the fan on to try to get J to sleep so I can work. I just want to be done with work!!

I wish it was at least Thursday so there was less week left to fight through. Aj had problems sleeping last night and just wanted to be held which doesn't really happen for him anymore so of course I wanted to just snuggle him all night but I need sleep too. Then he was up early along with J so I'm hoping they redeem themselves during nap time.

I really need to start working on H's fathers Day gift. I pulled the fabric out the other day but thats as far as I have gotten. I need to figure out the pattern I'm going to do both of them in since they are different I have to make them up as I go. I know once I get it all cut out it should be quick to sew it all together. Just need to cut it out.... maybe today? Or i'll just lay it all out and ponder it again like last time lol

dana86 What is the planned project?

Not focusing again today, bleh. I'm obsessed with this color and design blog I discovered yesterday so just keep going back and looking through it when I NEEDED to be getting the few office tasks done (I just finished them now) and then actually get all my projects printed out for school tonight. I had terrible dreams last night that were gross and I'm tired. At least class be too long tonight I think since it's the last session and we're mostly presenting things that we fine tuned from their weekly presentations?

@ksta, I am making slip covers for two of H's reloading machines. So they clamp to his reloading bench, and are slightly awkward in shape with large handles. One I'm doing a box top on and the other is going to probably be more of a tent top which I think I have a pretty good idea on that one and how its going to look. Its the box top one that I'm more so having trouble figuring out my proportions for cutting it out since I want it wider at the bottom. I'm using a quilt that I never finished the last few quilting rows and putting an edge on so thats going to make it a little interesting as well I think lol

Way late check in for me. Watered plants at grandparent's today. Came home and organized finances. Went to the barn. Just got home. Showered and eating now and then pix with my sister in her cap and gown.
