my coworker always makes this chicken bake with stewed tomatoes and rotell. but she adds cheese to it so i'm not sure if thats what i love about it or not. it's super simple though. i'm pretty sure she just throws it all together. otherwise, cut it up and make fajitas, you can buy frozen peppers if you're lazy. or you can do chicken and rice and teriyaki sauce. i love to make a soy sauce/brown sugar mix to boil my chicken in.
oh, so she said she puts a can of fire roasted tomatoes with cilantro and cuts it up. lays cut up chicken on top of that, puts chunks of cheese on that, covers it and bakes it. she says her friend breads it but she doesn't. it's sooo good. she serves it with rice.
yup, we found out just in time for ice cream season.
i'm sorry!!! how long will you bf for? a year? longer? can you eat some, feed her the stuff you've stored.. cuz i knw you have a TON (and doesn't it only keep for 3mo frozen?) and then pump and dump after you've eateN? or is that too close of a call?

@@@ not really. i plan on bf for at least a year, goal of 18 mos, and up to two years, as she wants. and then pump longer, as long as it's convenient. it holds for 6 months, but also, she's not on bottles yet. also, i had plenty of milk/dairy in my early times, i don't know how "bad" that stored milk will be. dairy also stays in your system for 10 days....so....no dairy for me for the next few years. @@@
Jenn - you're a trooper. I would die without dairy.
Thanks- it's definitely harder to give up than alcohol. I normally have 3-4 servings of dairy a day, and pre pregnancy, alcohol was once a week-ish. It's a major lifestyle change- but whatever's best for my baby.

This sounds super weird, but it's crazy good.
3-4 thawed chicken breasts French salad dressing (1/3-1/2 bottle) 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 packet onion soup mix
Mix the dressing, cranberry sauce, and onion soup mix in a bowl. Put chicken breasts in a baking dish, cover with mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (or until done/juices run clear). Serve over rice.
i think it would've been better if i doused it in cheese. lol. it felt like i could've used some white cheese on top. but overall, it was pretty good, and really easy......
