A lot but like others have said - the planning is totally a hobby/side job/part of the fun for me. Part of traveling is the planning process and I get almost as much pleasure out of that as I do the actual trip. I've totally planned theoretical trips, too. I wouldn't even know how to begin to count the actual hours.
WAY WAY too much!! even when we're not planning i'm trip, i'm reading info on a few Facebook disney groups, watching Disunplugged podcast, See ya Reel soon Vlogs on youtube- anything i can get :-) the planning is part of the fun for me!
Not a lot. We've been there several times and have favorites we want to go back to, or I'll pick things I read about on here. Having too much information makes me more anxious than excited.
For instance, I still don't know what tiered fast passes are. I have been meaning to google it forever, but I keep forgetting. I will go do that now!

I don't usually spend a lot of time planning trips but MMM made it too easy to want to learn everything about Disney. I spent a lot of time reading blogs and here.
As much as possible. I pre plan trips for years out even if I'm not sure where I am staying. My September trip had 4 different tour plans before I booked.
