Mostly Scottish/Irish and also English&French and a splash of German. My dad has spent the last 3 years doing considerable and intensive genealogy and family tree research for both his side and my mom's side. It's FASCINATING!

Dad Half: Irish, 3rd generation American. Mom Half: mutt, including German and Swede - I don't know jack shit about my mother's side of the family or when they immigrated.

I don't know anything more than that, although it is surmised that we may also have any of the following blood because of our lack of a prominent epicanthic fold (i.e., "single Asian eyelid") (i.e., my family and I have big eyes):
Taiwanese Aborigine (similar to Australian Aborigine) Dutch Spanish
The latter two occupied Taiwan in the 17th century.
The Taiwanese word for bread is "pan," just like Spanish!
Very German on both sides and some Scottish and English on my dads side. My H is mostly English, his mom has traced his genealogy back generations and generations.
