About 75% Irish and German. The other 25% is Polish, Scottish, French-Alsatian (they consider it different) and Native American (or something).
No royalty, but my mother's Irish side is one of the most literary families in Ireland's history.
Oh, they are THOSE kind of Alsatians!
I kid, I kid. My French professor was from Alcace-Lorraine and liked to make fun of the people from there who made a big deal about being culturally different from the rest of France. In his case, though, they grew up speaking French, German, and a local dialect, so there were some pretty big differences.
mom's side is Irish/Welsh, but emigrated to the US before it was the US. Dad's side is ridiculously German. My great-grandmother came over during the Weimar era and was a Nazi-esque bigot til the day she died. They still force us to eat the worst cookies in existence every Christmas. barf.

On my dad's side its pretty much 100% German. On my mom's side, we are traced back to the PA Dutch, or more accurately, PA German, but I haven't dug back further than that yet. Probably darn near 100% German there too though.

My mom is mostly Irish and a little German. My dad is half Irish, along with German and Dutch. Though we don't really know if it's PA Dutch or actual freaky-deaky Dutch.
Seriously though, I am some Euro mix. I have a few great grandparents from Germany, and one from a place called Prussia, which doesn't exist anymore. I think I have a tad of Irish too, and probably a lot of other things.

Mostly Irish and Portuguese (my mom is 75% Irish, 25% Italian and my dad is 50% Portuguese) with some Italian, German, Scottish and English thrown in (my dad's dad was a WASP mutt).
Biologically French/English maternally, Blackfoot NA paternally. Parents are 2nd Gen Polish, 3th Gen German, Irish, and English though -- that's what i've always thought of myself as.
Which basically means the northernmost part of Italy, but also includes some of the southern areas of Switzerland. There are still small communities in those areas that speak a different mix of a language, which my great uncle spoke fluently even after being in the States his whole life *family pride, I haz it*
