Poly DVC studio vs Poly regular room

Anyone stay in a poly studio yet? Any reason they prefer the regular room over the studio. 2017 rates aren't out yet but looking at the same season for 2016 it looks like for standard view on both that the cost is similar booking direct through Disney. I also started to look at renting points but honestly the whole DVC process baffles me. We normally stay at the WL but with the construction I figure it is a good time to try something new. It is just me, DH and DD and I like the looks of the poly studio with the Murphy bed so we don't have to use the couch.

My sister did and said the layout felt really weird. I would prefer a regular room with two queens personally, and just made that decision for our stay at Boardwalk.

I prefer studios in general b/c I like the kitchenette area and with small kids the sofa bed works better.

The dvc rental process is super easy and will likely save you money.
