So, earlier today a security guard on our campus comes to our office and asks us to call campus police if we, "see a suspicious individual without clothes."
So we are all like, "so there's someone running around campus naked?"
And he's like, "Well, a suspicious individual was spotted in (public park right next to campus), and is shirtless...and if you see someone like that on campus, you should call us."
Okay.
Just now we get an email alert that there has been a prison break (3rd one in a week I believe!) and that the escaped inmate is at large but was spotted in (public park next to campus)...and includes a picture of the inmate.
Hmmm, security guard failed to mention that little part of the story. We had all just thought a random (probably drunk) shirtless dude was wandering the park.
ETA: So basically, first we thought there was a streaker, then we thought there was a drunk dude in the park, and now it turns out to be an escaped prisoner. Good times.
I'm thinking the inmate had someone on the outside and is far away by now.
Or they're stupid and are going to be found really quickly. Ever seen a prison uniform? They don't exactly blend in.I hope they find the inmate quickly.
Lol...I took the whole, "No clothes...well, actually, shirtless..." thing to mean that he was no longer in his prison uniform. Where he got the pants from though, I have no idea...

one of my good friends grew up right next to a state pen. we always joked that it was the safest place to be - aside from losing some clothes off the line, escapees weren't sticking around!
