I have never heard a TED talk I didn't think was interesting. Even when the topic makes me think it's going to be really dry, it's always interesting to me.

Brene Brown is amazing. Parts of her TED talks have been made into animated shorts on YouTube, and they're pretty good (love the one on empathy).

I just added her "Power of Vulnerability" book to my Goodreads list. I'll have to listen to the TED talk tonight!

I agree...I've never listened to a TED talk & found it uninteresting, even if it's a topic that really doesn't interest me.

YES she is the best! Most valuable thing I've learned is to question your internal narrative. "What story am I telling myself right now?" forces you to get out of (or at least question) feeling slighted or disrespected by small things that may not have been the person's intention at all!

The most recent RadioLab was incredible! I pulled into work and parked for a few minutes to finish it up. The impact of that one SCOTUS case was so far reaching.
