POFQ had great bus service. I was also happy with AoA and Pop but there were always multiple scooters loading on and off every ride which slows things down exponentially. (Disclaimer: yes, scooters have a right to transportation and I'm glad Disney is accessible.)

Disneyland got smart and added a scooter/wheelchair/stroller bus when it is busy. It runs from the parking garage to the tram stop and it makes things so much faster for everyone because they can load a few on the tram and then put more people on the shuttle bus. It would be great if they decide to do that at WDW.

The buses at POR are the reason we'll never stay at that resort again.
Every other resort has been fine. There are always those instances where it feels like a bus is taking for freaking ever, but overall the system works.

I actually like OKW's bus system - the resort is big so it can take a while, but it doesn't share buses with any other resort and because it's DVC only, there are more buses coming through, IMO.
