Do I need to but Sea Lice lotion for our Disney Cruise?

People on Disney Cruise FB page swear by it but I have never heard of this before and people that I know that have been on other cruises say they have never had an issue with sea lice which is allegedly baby jelly fish eggs that sting.

Thoughts?

I got sea lice in Mexico. It's not actual lice but algae that stick to you & make red marks. You pour white vinegar on yourself & they go away.

I have heard of it but we have never used in over 5 Disney cruises. They were in January, March, March, April and November so a wide variety.

ETA: in case it wasn't clear, we've never used it and never had a problem.
