I pulled a muscle in my back last week and it is still not better. This makes me officially old. 

My former boss cracks me up. He is visiting a school in Beijing right now. Can you spot him?  (poof)

Oops, pressed "post" before entering my random.
I went for a bike ride this morning, and at one point, by the side of the bike path, there were a pair of dumbbells just sitting there. I had to wonder if someone had been walking with them and then just decided to abandon them because they were too heavy.

On a less fun note, I am worried about what Brexit will mean for my BIL & his family. They are Americans living in the UK; BIL works for the military on a joint nations task force. I'm sure that the US will find him another job if his current one is eliminated, but dealing with the uncertainty when you have two babies and one income is tough.

H and I will be starting on our MBAs in the Fall.  :?   I'm not looking forward to it, but I know I'll be glad I did it.

Thanks! It helps that we're doing it together. PLUS everybody in the business school loves H, so that in-turn helps me!
