New kitten peeing on the carpet

Hi all,

I adopted 2 kittens last weekend. One is doing great using the litter box, however the other will only poop in it. He saves all his pee for the corner of our dining room! We're constantly cleaning the carpet. We have two litter boxes and have tried moving one to that corner. He just pees outside of it. Any advice?
