Adult night at MK

While we are at Disney my husband and I are going to try to sneak out and spend a late evening at MK. Probably 7pm-midnight.

Which rides would you get fast passes for and where should we eat? For eating, I'm thinking BOG late dinner or eat dinner before we go and do Wishes Dessert party?

We will want to see the electrical parade and the fireworks as I don't think our kids will be able to stay up late enough for them on our other MK days.

Eric and I had 2 adult nights at MK this month. We ate at BOG and then did all of our favorite rides, Splash Mt, Big Thunder, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, etc.

I'd do Skippers Canteen, Frontierland and maybe Adventureland. Have fun!

Dinner at BOG is the only place you can get alcohol at MK if that is a factor.

That is definitely a bonus for us!

I signed up to be alerted for any openings at BOG that night, no clue how likely that is to happen though.

We did this in December, except we just went at 10pm because EMH were till 2am, so we didn't use/need FP.
It was awesome. I'd definitely do any rides that you know your kids can't or won't do.
