UGH. I worked 12 hours yesterday. You guys, I'm a part time worker. I can't deal with a 12 hour day. I'm sufferring this morning. I have 7 hours here today and then run home and then run back into the city for the M's game. And I don't know how I'm going to make it to work tomorrow. I'm trying not to complain because I'm excited to go to the game. We haven't been since 2014.
After work tomorrow, Tman has an ortho appointment. Friday, between the two of us, we have three appointments, and I need to find time to make a coffee cake and do some grocery shopping for our contribution to the holiday weekend foods at my mom's. I'm tired, you guys, and I don't know when I'm going to clean my house. It's desperate for a cleaning. The clutter/mess is put away, but the bathrooms and floors need to be cleaned big time. DOG HAIR!
Forgot Tman's lunch for day camp today, so this lucky booger got a hoagie sandwich, doritos, a soda, and an apple from Safeway for his lunch. That's better than my lunch of basically blueberries and string cheese.
I almost feel like working PT is more of a burden bc you always end up working more and then there is an expectation that you will also keep up with all the house stuff.

Yesterday I ran on an empty tank of 2 hours sleep all day, thought I was going to die at the end.
Today I'm making buttermilk biscuits, going to go work Sailor, and then will head to the M's game tonight when Justin gets off work. I think I may need a nap somewhere in there!
My work schedule for the week is all effed up and I'm ending up going in 4 days because of a training session. So not ok. At least I have the 4th off!

georgeharrison, 12 hours is intense! Enjoy the game tonight! There is a lot of yummy food at Safeco, I hope you can get something good to make up for lunch.
Blah, blah, Wednesday, blah I'm trying to figure out where I want to watch Independence Day - Resurgence on Saturday (since show times were finally released). So excited, but it sucks that I have to wait through three more work days to watch it!

This is SO true. Add in my commute time, getting Tman to school (or wherever he is going for the summer) and my day is almost as long as James's. And then yeah, the house stuff is on me. If I ASK for help, James will help, but like today he is getting off early, and I bet you a brazillion dollars he doesn't do any house stuff. And then on Friday when I have all this running around to do, somehow I'm going to fit it all in...because I have Friday "off." OFF? Ha.
Got to campus last night, hauled my heavy-ish artboard and materials in from the car, which made my jacked up drawing hand worse and made the wrist start hurting...only to find out the damn cafeteria closes at 2:45 in the summer! So..dinner? The North campus cafe is open until 7:30!! There was one sandwich left in the little coffee shop so I bought it..and was only able to salvage the ham out of it because the bread was a disgusting soggy mess and there was SO MUCH MAYO coating the lettuce. I had time to leave campus and run to McDonalds or something but I'm dieting and don't want to eat utter crap, plus I'd have made my drawing hand much worse hauling everything back to my car and then back AGAIN. I ended up finding a too-ripe-for-my-taste banana at the coffee shop and a bag of white cheddar popcorn as well plus the snickers I had with me. Thank goodness for the popcorn making me feel fuller. But, crap dinner and class until 10pm on a work night = mini-meltdown around 9:45 of wanting to cry and feeling like I'm utter crap at drawing and hopeless. Will have to figure out a better plan for next week. On the plus side, the teacher is a real character and kind of fascinating and I might actually learn a new thing or two in this class.
Had to get coffee on way to work though, and I'm TIIIRED and grumpy.
I am in waiting time while some cookie dough firms up and I countdown to nap time. The out of town inlaws are here but i'm sad they aren't staying after the weekend so we could do some fun things while they are here. We tried letting them know they are welcomed here as long as they want and that we were hoping they would stay for a couple days after the party so we could really enjoy time with them instead of the few days right before a party where H is still working and I still have kid appointments 2 of the 3 days. lame-o.
@ksta - Are you at my school? Yeah they SUCK for evening students. There is also not even coffee in my building this summer, I'm glad I only have 1 class left and then I don't want to set one foot there again.
I am home early so we can donate our car. I will miss it! I have had it for 10 years or so and it was a good little car.
I am supposed to be writing my last paper (yeah, did I tell you guys they forgot a class and told us about it with like a couple weeks notice?) and I have less than zero motivation to do so. I should do some chores but we are planning on cleaning and organizing all weekend so I am procrastinating. I think I am suffering because instead of 1000 things to do, I only have 100 and I don't know how to deal, lol.

hello! I'm getting stuff done after being offsite all day yesterday. Tomorrow I'm traveling for work and will be back Friday just in time for an extra long weekend. We're surprising DD and taking her to the Sounders game on Tuesday. We haven't been, so it should be fun!

I don't think so? Bellevue College. I'm doing the Continuing Ed Graphic Design program and all my (weirdly short) courses have been at North campus but the drawing class is the only one at Main campus, off 148th in a little dry zone of decent healthy food (my parents used to live near there).

Just finished up some filing and cleaning aged files out of our filing cabinet. I hate ripping up my cuticles. Gotta run thought chiro and then hair appt.
