I know zip about grav3yardgirl, but her Tarte palette is pretttttttyyyyyy.
Got the blush clutch from Butter London, a couple of UD lipsticks and a blush, and a travel primer. $3 and change -- love Ulta!
I'm going to see the I Love the 90s concert tonight with friends and I am going to go all out with makeup.
Have you tried the Tarte palette yet? I really really want that one, it looks so pretty! Do you know if it's limited edition or if it will be around for a while?
I've tried it a couple of times but haven't used all the colors yet. I read Temptalia's review, and I have to agree with her that the shadows are so soft that they're a bit powdery/kick up excess from the pan. Kind of along the lines of my experience with Lorac shadows. She talks a lot about them sheering out in her tests and recommended using primer, but I always do that anyway and didn't notice any issues. I am kind of interested that she said the sparkles/shimmer separated from the base colors for her -- I feel like sparkles often do that and end up as fallout in a lot of the sparkly colors I've used, but I thought it was weird to have it happen for a shimmer. I'm going to keep an eye out for that, but primer may make a difference there, too.
I love the shades and it's a really great palette for me, color-wise. The cheek colors are super nice.
ETA: It's limited edition. I'd be surprised if anything tied to a blogger made it into a prestige brand's permanent line.
I think one of my Becca souffle blushes is totally dried out. I was using it in a rush at work today and when I hit it with the stippling brush a cloud of powder exploded out.

Have the Maybelline Color Tattoo Metalics been discussed yet? I just found them at my CVS and they are so pretty! I only ended up getting the color Beige Luster but want them all!!!
What do y'all think of the Too Face Shadow insurance glitter glue? I had a sample and it seemed to work well with an UD microsparkle shadow, but I haven't put it through a bigger test.
The new smashbox always on liquid lipsticks are perfection. Pigmented, comfortable wear, non drying, and long lasting. I just ordered my third shade this week.

I spotted the Becca face palette yesterday at my local Sephora and couldn't resist. It was out of stock online and it was the last one on the shelf so I snagged it.
I was going to pick up the Champagne Pop but this palette is so much better for traveling.

I'm working my way through my lipstick collection and making cuts to those that don't live up to expectations. I can't wait to buy replacements! (devil)
So I went on an accidental makeup break for awhile and now that I am back and paying attention I am pissed that I can't get my hands on tartes rainforest of the sea eyeshadow palette. Please someone tell me this is coming back.

The Ulta stars have aligned.
It's my birthday month. UD is 5x points. I was sitting at 1800ish points. I bought Perversion and a Vice lipstick and the cashier at Ulta looked at my points and high fived me. Time for my $125 shopping spree. WHEEEE!!
I also have a $20 gift card to spend and my 20% off birthday coupon.

I don't even know what to buy!!
ABH came out with new palettes. Sweet Glow Kit and Moonchild eyeshadow/highlighter palette. WANT!! That's what I would get. I still want the UD Moondust palette too!
I don't have anything from ABH. I need to swatch them.

I have been playing around every evening this week trying to figure out what I want to do for makeup for BIL's wedding.
I have seriously underestimated the versatility of the original CB and Bon Bons. I tend to think of them as neutral-ish, mid-tone palettes because those are my go-to colors when I use them, while I typically use my UD palettes for more dramatic/evening looks. I don't know why I didn't really think about CB or Bon Bons for great smoky-eye or pop-of-color looks -- I guess I tend to forget about the shades I don't use very often.

I got a Buxom eyeshadow single in a GWP recently, and I have worn it everyday since. I really love the color, and it lasts a very long time with primer. It applies and blends beautifully as well. I've marked down more colors on my wish list.

I treated myself to a custom Buxom palette with a combination of their new fall and earlier released colors, and I absolutely love it. The shadows are buttery, richly pigmented, and I really like the slider/snap-in system they use. Save
