Stroller Fans/ Misting Fans

Any recommendations for the best place to purchase these?

Here's what we bought:

www.walmart.com/ip/O2COOL-Superman-Licensed-Misting-Fan/49292277 -- cheapest I found was Walmart, but it was $5.40; they also had them on Amazon for $16 and Kohls for $10

www.amazon.com/dp/B017058SQ0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_tJTExb2ZCYF2X - this thing? It's AWESOME. DD loved it and, frankly, H and I did too. She could easily spray herself to keep cool. The reviews are so-so, but even if this doesn't hold up long-term it was great for the trip.

We also bought this stroller fan and everyone else there seemed to have it too. It's fine. We actually barely used it.

If I remember correctly, the misting fans at WDW were somewhere around $18-19.
