So I know I've been complaining a lot about my lack of results from my diet/working out. But I just completed the first phase of my lifting program. As part of that you do as many reps as you can using the weight when you started. Today I did 70 squats in a row and 28 push ups. I can tell a huge difference in my upper arm strength (could barely eek out two push ups). I may not be seeing the results, but boy do I feel them!
