Has anyone used the break areas available for kids with disabilities? It sound like it might just be the First Aid area, but it says to "ask a Cast Member."
I know my daughter is going to struggle with the heat next week, and I want her to be able to stay at the park as long as she can. I'm trying to figure out just how comfortable these break areas are. Will there be a couch she can lie down on with A/C blasting?
Also, has anyone dealt with diaper changes at Disney on a child over the age of 5? Any words of wisdom on this? I would love to find a restroom with a long table area where I can lay her down and not have her on the floor. Standing changes don't always work for us.

I'm pretty sure the bathroom by The carousel has a long counter, like 10 feet that usually 2 people can change at one time, but it's one long surface so you can use it. TBH idk about the private stalls, but I wanted to share that.
Also try to do air conditioned activities every other time. Like Beauty and the beast experience, Fantasmic, etc
Also this is an older map, but it marks out companion bathrooms.
The baby care centers are great. They would not bat an EYELASH at you using it for your 5 year old. Some changing tables at Disney are better than others. In particular I dislike the ones by Pirates and the ones at the International Gateway at Epcot ( outside the parks).
If she likes water bring a towel and bathing suit or extra clothes and let her cool down in the Casey's Splash Area ( near dumbo) and the smaller splash areas at other parks.
The train ride and TTA in tomorrow land are also nice and cool. In terms of AC ALWAYS use the shortcuts through the stores on either side of Main Street going into and out of the parks.
This also works in Epcot by cutting through Mouse Gears and at HS by cutting through the stores on Sunset.
Try to book an AC meal for the hottest part of the day.
Cooling towels and mister fans might help as well. I heard that the price of cooling towels at WDW is actually good compared to the ones at Sports Authority and Dick's.

This is the baby care center at MK:
The tables are a good size. I'd go there vs a bathroom. Epcot and HS have the large tables in their centers as well. Animal Kingdom has the standard size tables like you'd find in a home.
Thanks everyone! This info is all so helpful! stephm0188,thanks for the pic!!! It immediately reduced my anxiety about changing a poopy diaper on my 6 year old!
