Can anyone recommend good restaurants for (1) Cuban food and (2) seafood that are not on the Disney site? Bonus points if the restaurant has booth seating. Thanks!
It's a chain, but we really enjoy Bahama Breeze and always go there when we are in Orlando. They have booths, and great happy hour specials too!
There are a couple in the area, but we always go to the Lake Buena Vista one (just across I-4 from all the Disney Springs hotels, at the corner of 535 and Vineland) since we stay nearby.

Columbia Restaurant in Celebration. The menu is a mix of Cuban, Spanish and lots of seafood. I prefer the lunch menu to the dinner menu but both are good. The 1905 salad is a must have.

All of this. We used to go with my dad when he lived there all the time. The sangria is delicious too!
