This will be our first Disney trip with DD and she will be six months (December). We will be flying and have an uppababy vista stroller. What is the best way to travel with her car seat? Should we bring her stroller or just use one of the strollers at the park? This will also be our first time flying with her - is there anything we should do/keep in mind traveling with her? Thanks!

I would not try to fly with an Uppababy Vista. I would rent a stroller while you are there. We have used A baby's best Friend for rentals. Lots of people also like Kingdom Strollers.
Is you car seat approved for an airplane? If so I would bring the seat on the plane.
Absolutely take your UBV compared to what you get in the park which would not work for a 6M old. Do you have the travel bag? If you'll travel quite a bit it's worth it IMO.
An alternative is renting something like a City Mini for a week. It's about $75. We have used Kingdom Strollers and I think Orlando Strollers.
Will she have a seat? If so, I would bring the carseat on the plane and put her in it. If not, the best option is probably gate checking it. I personally would gate check your stroller. We do that and we've never had one damaged. You can purchase a bag to put it in to help protect it.
Unless she has a seat on the plane or you're renting a car, don't bring the car seat. That's my favorite part of Disney, no car seats!!
We always bring our stroller from home - either a maclaren or city mini double. I don't know much about the stroller you have. If it folds relatively easy and in one piece, bring it. If not, I'd rent a city mini when you get there.

I've flown with the Vista, I have the travel bag and check it. Then I wear Dd in the airport. That said I would rent a city mini for Disney. If you have to ride a bus or fold the stroller it will be a huge pain compared to renting. The strollers provided at disney are like for ages 2 plus. Not at all suitable for a baby
i would leave your car seat at home (unless she'll have her own seat on the plane?) i would bring a carrier, like an Ergo or whatever for waiting in lines... and either take your stroller, or rent a Citi Mini from somewhere like Kingdom Strollers...
I'm taking our vista to the park this year because we use it as a double but no way would I want to use it as a single. The base is so wide. I've rented from kingdom strollers and the city mini GT was excellent. Clean, and they gave me a cooler bag and rain cover to use which came in handy!
