Oh I cooked when I stayed at an offsite condo. But it was mostly frozen pizza and bagels and such. I think using a kitchen is different than mixing up some Bisquik in your bathroom! I am usually a proponent of staying offsite just because it's much cheaper and you do have a kitchen and some breathing room. Let's see if my next (on site) trip makes me feel differently.
We are going in November and for the first time ever I need to make a few meals. We are there 9 days...and there are 5 of us. We have a DVC studio so at least have a fridge, toaster and microwave. I cannot imagine bringing a crock pot. We were just going to make sandwiches a few times!
I always bring sunbutter and jelly for DS. He has a peanut allergy so he can't have a PB&J or an uncrustable and sometimes the kid just wants a sandwich.
