Tillman wanted a daybed, and man, it's hard to find a "not girly" one. We ended up finding this one.
Here is what his room looks like.
He has a solid light gray comforter now.
I was planning on buying orange curtains, but I'm glad I procrastinated, because I think the color of this wood is too orangey and orange curtains would either clash or be too much orange.
His room faces east, so he needs black out curtains.
Whoops. I was looking at the before pics. LIKE A DUMBASS.
Would these work (http://www.landofnod.com/63-orange-half-dipped-curtain/s390317?a=1081&campaignid=447268137&adgroupid=23792743137&targetid=aud-179567623257:pla-47810152859&pla_sku=390317&scid=scplp14104255&sc_intid=390317&gclid=CjwKEAjwn7e8BRCUqZiP_vnrtBkSJAC_lp4HTzwI4T1v1C6VIyGsdBkxMzZwYsbOVlJo7G66BbxkdBoC4lrw_wcB)
I do like those, but those are out of my price range. Those are sold individually, so that'd be $70. I think about $50 is my MAX. Also, do you think that would be too much blue? His dresser is blue and very close to the window?
georgeharrison, I edited my original post. I'm an idiot and was looking at the before pics. I found the grey orange ones. What do you think of those? Curtains are frigging expensive. I'll look and for panels under $25 each.

Yeah, I'm really not sure why I made that post like that last year. I think maybe I need to update my OP here.
Thanks for your consideration. Yeah, curtains are really expensive. I have found some okay ones on Wayfair and some at Target that come in sets at reasonable prices, but mostly they are outrageous.
I was going to say add in some dark blue and do the curtains that color and maybe add in some pillows as well so its not all gray.
Yes, I am planning on getting lots of pillows for his bed of different colors/patterns. I haven't shopped for those yet, so I don't know what that's going to end up looking like.
