OPK Question

So I tested last night at like 7:30 (tested twice earlier yesterday and both times were negative but stronger than the previous negatives).

After friend consultation, we decided it was positive, as dark as instead of darker.

Then this morning (8am), it was considerably lighter. So I'm assuming my 12-hour window was likely overnight?

I updated Fertility Friend as a positive for yesterday and a negative for today.

Those windows are sneaky!

Also, told DH last night as I was getting into bed and his response was, "Okay! Let's do this! Panties off!"

I usually get a positive more than once! That was a quick window, good thing you had sex! Lol. Id prob test a few times more just to see if it happened to surge, then slow down, only to decide to surge again.

Last month was weird because I got positive, negative, then another positive.

I just went to CVS and got more---got a very negative, no line at all, which seems weird. There was a weird faint line horizontally, so I'm thinking the test was messed up. I'll try later this afternoon.

I feel like I say this a lot on here, but also check out www.peeonastick.com. It is a very educational website (and it has a lot of pictures of positive and negative OPKs).

And yes, I agree with Berbles, reading OPKs is infuriating.

Any way you can get some wondfos? Some women confirm their positive from a cheapie OPK test with a digital. Might help if you are getting positives you are unsure about.

The positive actually was a wondfo. I can't use those at work because I haven't figured out how to carry a cup to/from the bathroom, lol. The negative this am was also wondfo. Then the negative this afternoon was a CVS brand pee stream stick. Also, tried another wondfo when I got home from work and it was negative.

If it doesn't happen this month, I'm going to get the FRER OPKs because I used those last month and much prefer them to the CVS brand.

I've heard some women can actually pee in the package the wondfo came in. !!!
