Good morning! What the heck is up with this weather? So H brought home a bouncy ball for MiMi one of those you find in the big cages at target (so seriously like a $5 ball), anyways we spent a good 45 minutes tossing it back and forth and playing monkey in the middle with MiMi. So today, on the marriage front things are good.
Kahala - So good to see you check in! Are you quitting to get a new gig? @ksta - We need to get together for some pokemon hunting. That's horrible that the pharmacy jacked up your dosage. How are you doing? How is the job front? Do we get a pic of your new hair? @lauralynne - I seriously don't know how you do it. You are always juggling so many things at the same time. How is your daughter doing? Maybe I missed a recent update? @aellasbeth - How did your party do? Are you going to get good host goodies? spa - Whats the count down? minion , glad you had a good day. It's funny how something so small can make such a difference.
Thanks for asking about Tman. He is home for pretty much the rest of the summer. He has one weekend boy scout camping thing in August, but otherwise, he's home. He will go to 9 more total days of daycamp (split between three weeks), and I will be taking two weeks off (this is week one). He starts back to school 31 August. Middle school.
Not much going on today. I'm going to try to do some work at home, but we'll see how that goes. I'm not really in to it.
minion, I don't know yet. I will find out when I close the party Friday night. I am hoping so, but I don't think this party was a successful as my last. Its ok though!
Started my period this morning. Have pole class tonight. I am tired. Forgot my leftover Chinese at home for lunch so going to go home later and pick it up.
Didn't get everything done I wanted yesterday and my desk is looking like a sty right now because its filled with paper. Ugh. I personally am feeling overwhelmed, but the work itself isn't overwhelming KWIM?
I just don't think this is gonna turn out to be a great week.
minion Gosh what a great morning check-in! You're hired!! I'm too tired in the mornings to remember or go back and skim through yesterday like that.
I just need to check on which one they fill. I was just so tired from a week of crap sleeping that I couldn't remember when I picked it up which doseage it was supposed to be. They used to need to get filled at the same time so it was easy but I have *no clue* how they got off like this and its annoying. I have upcoming phone call with a psych to go over meds though so it might be changing altogether so I won't worry about it yet. otherwise, I'll ask for a weird small one time Rx to move one of them to do the 30day refill on the same day. And yes to the pokemon hunting! We could meet up at Dilettante in Kent Station for cake and pokestops I really need water-types, they don't seem to show up at Coulon despite it being on the freaking water.
Slept sorta better but still always tired. Period due any time so I expect it to be this afternoon only because I have class tonight and it means standing at an easel for 3 hours and the first day of my period always = low back pain. Feeling sensitive today as well because a friend posted a political thing yesterday and I usually avoid but felt the need to respond and tried to make it polite, etc, but she thought I was trying to be all condescending and even though I explained and all, she didn't really take it back So I'm feeling hurt that she thought that about me. Meh. And geez, I need to stop being so hungry and eating crap constantly!
I have not much exciting. I have all week free of kid appointments which never happens so i'm trying to get some stuff done. But I have the urge to want to paint walls.
Theres some wonky stuff going on with our neighbors next door. The owners of the house lived there for a few years after we bought our house, then moved out and rented the house. The house has been rented by the same guy for the whole time they have been renting the house. Well the owners are back in the area and can't find a rental house so they are living in the backyard of their house. They are going to kick out the renter as they have learned the house is pretty much just a nasty mess (which i'm not surprised). So we don't know when he is getting the boot and what will happen after, so its just weird. Thankfully we like the owners but seeing them living in the backyard is just weird.

Hello! Not a whole lot going on around these parts. I'm supposed to find out about the interview I had a few weeks ago, but again, still not holding my breath on it.
I need to go grocery shopping on my way home since I didn't have time to get it done over the weekend.
dana86,that is really odd for them to be living in the backyard. @ksta, have you tried Lady Yum?
sotally tober, It really is. They have to park all their cars back there as well as the renter takes up the whole driveway. The whole thing is odd, the renter has had at least 2 family members die in the house (his wife and dad) and he doesn't really take care of anything, so everything is just trashy (yay for us getting to stare at it everyday). The owners said they are kicking him out and probably going to have to gut the whole house, but they never really said if they are going to move back in or not? so we are just sitting and waiting to see what happens next.
That's in Kirkland, right? I haven't. I took the macaron class at Sur la Table with my friend and then we walked over there but having just got out of class, I was feeling totally snobby looking at the macarons through the window and how the shells had cracks in the top and stuff

Yep, she's in Kirkland. I love her and the macs...so good!
She brought some home with her...now to see if she will share (I've never had one)
Um, you've never had one? Then she BETTER share!!! What kind of child is that? We hand carried some back for both MIL and my best friend when we came back.
My favourite hands down was the Marie Antoinette - kind of a turquoise color and the flavour is black tea and lemon and cream.
