Today is 180 days out

And I can see the reservations, I can get to the screen to confirm and then it craps out.  I called and the system is undergoing enhancements this morning!  I can see times for CRT and BOG and I want them.  I have no patience for this nonsense.

Oh this happened to me and it was easier to do it on my phone. Not on the app, just the web browser on my phone. Good luck!

I did.  They couldn't do it either and they 'expected the enhancements to be completed sometime soon'

On the phone with a CM, on my laptop, on my phone, my TA - all a no go.  It does appear to be up off and on right now so I can get a few here and there.

That happened to me and I still haven't been able to get CRT. I'm so frustrated. I did score a 7:05pm BOG though! Disneys website can be so frustrating!!!

Oh, you were up with me! I didn't realize until I woke up that the 180+10 didn't apply to me since our reservation is at Dolphin. I did get a BOG lunch for Sunday afternoon. Good thing I didn't have any really hard to get reservations on my list.

What completely boggles my mind is that Disney can create an amazing ride but cant seem to hire someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to their web presence.  Even their cast portal is utter crap and the public webpages function about 1000x better than what they have for cast only.

YUP!! And how is the app so bad too? Times out and logs me out all the time.

Oh, I was losing my mind.  My TA and I were both on it all day.  By 2:00, I had managed to score dinner at BOG and CRT.  so YAY!  I just had to keep hitting 'reserve', get an error message and then I would try again... over and over.  

I also got breakfast at Chef Mickey's, lunch at Tusker house and dinner at Sci Fi.

IT'S NOT FUN!  have you tried today?  Is it all up and running?  I would hit reserve and then get an error message or a message telling me it couldn't process my reservation and I would just try it again.  over and over.

OH, and as an IT person, I don't believe this was a planned "enhancement" to the site. I call BS Disney! Something went wrong somewhere and this is their canned answer (which I get) but planned enhancements go in during the least busy time and you can not tell me that 6 AM through the rest of the day is less busy than over night.

I totally agree. If they want to do an enhancement they should do that between like 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. when no one is trying to book stuff.

No, this was a few weeks ago.  It's an ongoing issue for them which is ridiculous.
