We have decided to go to Disney the first weekend in December and do a long weekend (fri to wed) Since it's less than 180 days, BOG is already booked for the days we will be there. Any advice on how we might still be able to eat there? Also, if you were to do one character dining, where would you recommend going? Thanks!
This is the reservation finder through touring plans. Enter your info and they will send you an alert when a time opens. Also, I would just keep checking randomly as openings pop up all the time.
Just keep checking. What meal are you looking for at BOG?
Sometimes they hold back time. People will also drop after they book their FPs.
You can also follow the cancellation thread on Disboards.
As for character meals, what characters do you want? Mickey?princesses?
Any meal works for us! I would just be happy to go 😊
For characters, I honestly think I would be happy with any of them if it was a fun place! Princesses might be nice since we will have two little girls with us, but I think any of the characters would be neat for them to be honest.

Look the morning before. LOTS of cancellations happen at the 24-hour mark and things open up.
