Hey guys, just got back from 4 days at Universal. They took my agency around to all of the resorts for tours and we spent time in the parks. So if anyone is thinking about staying over there at some point I have pics and (in theory) knowledge about the resorts to share so just page me!
This is Orlando, correct? Is the Harry Potter thing it's own park or part of an existing park? My DD will be 10 when we go to WDW in 2018. She is pretty big into Harry Potter now. I was thinking of doing a 1-day trip to see the world of Harry Potter but I wasn't sure if that was a feasible plan. If we just did the Harry Potter part, how long would that take?

Yes, Orlando.
It is very do-able in one day. There are 2 parts of The Wizarding World of HP. Universal has 2 parks and 1/2 of WWoHP is in each park. You will need park-to-park passes and you will be able to take the Hogwarts Express between the two. I'd suggest staying the night before at one of the onsite resorts to get early entry into the parks which will cut down on your wait time for the 2 big HP rides. Feel free to page me when you get closer to booking, I'm a huge HP nerd so that's where I spend all my time when I'm there.

Great thanks! I hadn't thought of booking a room there but it makes sense to get an early start if we only have 1 day.
