Good morning. What a nasty day out - I'd rather be at home in bed for the day, but I'm at work. I went to the gym this morning and didn't carpool today, so I was able to get into the office early. 
H came down with a man cold and is likely going to leave work early today at some point. 

We ended up having a busy weekend. We went on a 17+ mile bike ride on Saturday and then to a friends house and ended up staying for dinner and a bonfire. Then yesterday we were invited to another friends house for dinner. Oddly enough, both friends have a new puppy....so now I have puppy-fever

Good morning everyone. I hope you had a great weekend. We went to Crystal Mountain to ride the Gondolas and hang out (idea stolen from georgeharrison). I found the Express and Michael Kors Outlet store in Auburn, there goes all my money.

Busy next 6 business days. I'm cleaning up at my current job.

Morning. New floors are being put in at home today. YAY!

M's game yesterday with Beeps (WOT?*) @kirkette and all the rest was a BLAST! Really. We had so much fun.

Woke up at 6 (crazy late), out the door by 6:25. This is the good part about having your kid growing up. He took care of nearly 100% of getting himself out the door. The house isn't in the best shape, but oh well.

Only working Mon, Wed, and Thurs this week, so I don't feel so bad about being here today. Still hoping it will go by fast.

We didn't do much this weekend. Lots of time at home napping, watching the Olympics, etc. I guess it's nice to have weekends like that sometimes.

Camping this weekend - looking forward to that.

Morning. My last contact lens for my right eye got a tear in it yesterday so I'm stuck in glasses with a 5yr old prescription. My head is already starting to hurt a bit. Sigh. Going to Costco at lunch to see if I can wheedle them into selling me a new box since I think my Rx expired and I haven't been able to get to the eye doctor yet to get a new one. Really though, why do those expire? It's ridiculous. Started catching up on sleep a little but of course, needed like 2 more hours this am so i'm yawning.

Saturday I was too tired and didn't feel great for a good portion of the day. I did manage to get to the mall and make my returns and buy a bday present but only managed to shred more paper to feed my compost worms, no laundry or dishes done. Sunday we took my ex-stepmom to Portage Bay for Brunch. Food was good but we had to have her benedict remade because it arrived to the table not even quite luke warm. Then when she was getting out of the car back at the housing, she tried to help by shutting the door (she's in a wheelchair) and clipped her shin with the door, breaking open the skin badly (a previous injury that never healed well) and blood started pouring out. Had to get her inside (while I walked bending over applying pressure with napkins) and get the nurse down and she had to end up going to the ER (her plan doesn't contract with an urgent care) so they could figure out if the could do stitches or what since the gash was bad. Oy. Sorry ending to a pleasant outting but at least we got to go out to eat first.

minion, I went there this weekend as well, haven't been in at least 4 or years. I was surprised at the stores that I saw just in the small area of the mall I went to. I can only imagine what else they have put in. I might have to go back to walk around sometime.


Nothing exciting for me today. I spent over 6hours in the ER with AJ Saturday night and into Sunday morning. His berthing was not so great due to a cold and I just knew I wouldn't be able to sleep so I took him in. We ended up waiting for forever as apparently a baby breathing wasn't as important as a couple other kids sprained ankles. Not a happy camper about that. So now we have at home breathing treatments until his dr apt tomorrow. And we are still waiting for the results from Old Man Pittys X-rays so that we can go a bouts getting his acl fixed. Ready for a break sometime.

Also on an unrelated note, i've been tossing around the idea of doing a g2g at my house. I know I live far down from most but I can't move my house so

I would be there in a heart beat! I havent seen you in forever and really its not THAT far IMO.

I worked most of the weekend, spent yesterday sleeping and trying to not be a zombie. Woke up late today because morning sickness and a headache knocked me down. Going to try and be a normal person today, get some grocery shopping done, go to work sailor, and do laundry because none of my pants fit.

I laid in bed all weekend. We had a false start on the labor on Thursday night. I just decided to watch Netflix and play Diablo III

Today nothing exciting this is my last week at work! Whoop whoop

Ooooommmmmggggg! Guys its been a shitty hour and a half! Found out our floors only got partially done. So all of our stuff has to stay put away another day. Which means we cant get to our bed. And no place to put our dog for the night. So i called the office which is being headed by a temp. She is awful. Terrible at customer service. Hung up on me. When i got to the office and told her to kiss her job goodbye she called the cops. I finally got on the phone with the regional manager and he agreed he would deal with the temp and gave us a 300$ limit for hotel, dog boarding and dinner tonight. So i appreciate him. Ugh i am livid guys.

@aellasbeth, that sucks!! I mean way nice of the rm to step up and hopefully the temp is done but the whole situation is just crap
