I just discovered that my travel agent forgot to make Magical Express reservations for us. We arrive tomorrow. :cue the panic: Is there anything we can do at this point or are we stuck bringing car seats and renting a car?
Thanks y'all! I called and it was NBD. They'll even grab our luggage if we take the baggage claim tickets to the DME counter at the airport. My agent is a friend of a friend and just had a baby, so I'm going to cut her some slack, but not use her again!
