First, thank you all for your support and kind words. They really helped me get through yesterday. Thank You
i have been started on meds and I already feel so much better than I did yesterday. I have no more pains and my breathing is much more controlled and better. I will have to stay one more day in the hospital because the Doctors want my oxygen levels to be a bit better before I go home. I am not the huge emotional mess that I was yesterday. My H has come to visit and brought ds and dd, it makes me feel so much better to see them, even if it's just for 20 minutes. I hope I can get some rest today and tonight.
I am am so glad I decided to go to urgent care care yesterday. I honestly thought they would check me out and send me home with an inhaler and that would be that. A blood clot never crossed my mind.
Thank you you all again for the support, I can't tell you how much it helped me.
As I said I'm the morning Randoms , I went to the urgent care for shortness of breath. They tried to to a Ct-scan there and I could not lay flat and breathe at the same time. So I got to take my very first ambulance ride to the ER.
While in the ER I had to do another ct- scan, but this time I was hooked up to a masked breathing machine and was able to complete the test.
They found a few small blood clots in my lungs and I am being admitted to the hospital. I had a C-section eight days ago, my H and I know no one here, and being in the hospital alone is scary for me. I just want to be home with my new baby girl, ds and my H.
There is no point to this post, just please send healthy healing thoughts my way.

I'm so, so glad you went in. It sucks shit that you can't be home with your baby but you'll be good as new once this is taken care of. Sending you so many hugs and good thoughts - I hope your stay is short!
Oh hun. Good for you for getting checked out. I know you miss your family, but you are exactly where you need to be right now. I hope your stay is short.

I am so sorry to hear this!! I was just thinking about you. Many prayers and hugs! I hope you able about to get help quickly and get home to your babies!
I had a PE, post surgical in 2011 and it was so hazy for me. I am so so so happy that urgent care called an ambulance & they took the signs seriously. They may want to put an IVC filter in one of your legs (I still have min 5 years later) after that prevents blook clots from traveling to your lungs!
