Or, given it's lively ridiculously expensive/custom, a similar style (drapey skirt, sheer parts...although, less of my parts would be visible, some sparkle - just a really kick ass black dress).

Any suggestions? Ideas?

My thoughts as well. I think a bunch of us here had a BR black tulip skirt last year that would be perfect for this look. Not sure if they sell anything similar now. Someone is selling on Poshmark:

Because I searched for a skirt/top combo that gives a similar look before asking on here and had zero luck - so I was definitely hoping for some specific suggestions.
