Copa/Delta/Air canada flight from YYZ to EZE

Flying to Buenos Aires on OCt 15. 

Work has us flying Delta which i've somehow never flown. Toronto to Atlanta, then Atlanta to Buenos aires.

There are also flights with Copa that stop in Panama City (cheaper, so i might get a travel credit to book our hotel in Chile which we are adding at the end of our trip).

I could also fly Air Canada which i LOVE, but the travel times are not as good. Stopover likely in MIA.

Any thoughts??
