Nordstrom told me I'm a 34DD.

CloudBee, I don't think they look bigger, but they do look smoother and shapelier? They gave me a fitted tank to try on over each bra, so I could see how nicely everything lies now. I can't believe I can actually wear something that snug without weird bulges everywhere now.

daisyfay25, I would say that the cup covers my whole boob. I trust the pros that is the way it is supposed to be (except for skimpy lingerie).

Almost this exactly! I always wore a 34C, since h.s. It's just what I thought my size was. I did that sizing thing on Reddit that went around a while back and I'm actually and for-realsies a size 32DD.  And my boobs are small.

Exactly. I have small breasts and rarely fill out fitted tops - everything gets tailored. But I went from a 34A to a 30F/32E. F! E! But my tits are so much happier.

It's because everything we've ever been told about bra size is a lie!!! I'm a 28E and by no means large chested. I spent most of my life wearing a 34B until I finally got fitted a few years ago.
