if you look on ETsy, they have people that sell files that you can download and then print on iron-on paper on your printer at home... then iron them on to shirts. I just did that for our trip coming up this weekend. Its like $4 for the file, then they e-mail it to you. shirts are like $3 at michaels, and then its like $10-$20 for the iron on paper. not bad so you can do a few shirts for like the cost of one "custom made" one....

We planned to do a family pic at Disney last year for Christmas when we did MVMCP. DS and DD had matching Christmas Mickey shirts, DH wore green and I wore red. We all had on Mickey ears. So Not supermatchy, but Chrsitmasy.
(in the end the pics came out okay...but we ended up using a picture taken with Santa Goofy, who we randomly discovered at HS the day we were there)
