We have it. We adopted our current dog and depleted our savings account a few months later on eye surgery because he had rubbed off most of his cornea while in the shelter. We didn't have insurance then, but it would have saved a ton of money, so I advocate it. Now we really only use it for his vaccinations.

I have it as well. My work offers it as part of our benefits, and they pay 50% of the premium each month. We chose a plan that doesn't cover wellness visits/exams, just major medical issues. We have had it on one dog for 2 years and our other since Feb. We've met the deductible for both every time. I was very thankful we had it when, last Fall, one dog was diagnosed with arthritis and we were watching him for a possible ACL issue....he had Adequan shots for 8 weeks, $40/week and we were reimbursed.
Ours is through Nationwide. My BFF has one through HealthyPet or HealthyPaws....something like that. She likes it.
